Modification of Reservations

  • Reservations can only be modified more than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Complete cancellations are not possible; however, reservations can be transferred to another party.

 

In case of cancellation within 48 hours, we reserve the right to the full accommodation fee, which the customer is obliged to pay within 72 hours by bank transfer to the bank account number indicated on the Hegymögi Vakáció Kft account in HUF.

In case of cancellation outside 48 hours and within 14 days, 50% of the remaining accommodation fee must be paid as stated above.

In some cases, the operator’s representative reserves the right to use fairness in case of cancellations outside 48 hours and to rebook for a date within a maximum of 3 months for a modification fee of 30,000 HUF.

Check-in/Check-out

  • All guests must fulfill registration requirements before occupying the accommodation, presenting a valid ID and address card.
  • As of September 1, 2021, a law mandates that all guests, including infants and children, present an identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) upon check-in.
  • The accommodation provider records personal data through a document reader into their management software and forwards it to the Guest Information Closed Database (VIZA).
  • Without presenting the required documents, the service must be denied.
  • Keys are provided only after completing the data provision.
  • Check-out time is by 10 AM on the day of departure.
  • Early arrival or late departure may be possible for an additional fee, subject to availability, and must be arranged with the reception.

Accommodation Rules

  • The accommodation is for the number of guests specified in the booking.
  • Visitors should be reported to the reception.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodations; designated areas are provided.
  • It’s forbidden to bring or store flammable, dirty, odorous, or harmful substances.
  • Entrances must not be obstructed for fire safety reasons.
  • Electrical devices should be turned off when leaving the premises.
  • Keep flammable materials away from heating and cooking appliances.
  • In case of fire, immediately contact +36 70 361 8421 or +36 30 335 2142 and use the fire extinguisher provided.
  • Guests are financially responsible for damages resulting from improper use or violation of house rules.
  • A report will be made for any damage, and compensation is payable on-site.
  • Guests are liable for damages caused by themselves, their companions, or pets.
  • Ensure windows and doors are closed when absent; the property is not responsible for guests’ cash or valuables.
  • Accommodations are provided clean; guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness during their stay.
  • Cleaning supplies are available in each house.
  • For stays longer than three nights, complimentary cleaning is available upon request at the reception.
  • Requests for additional toilet paper, towel, or linen changes should be directed to the reception.
  • It’s prohibited to remove furnishings, including towels, blankets, linens, and mattresses, from the premises.
  • Setting up tents, children’s pools, or engaging in open-fire cooking (e.g., cauldron cooking) on the lawns or parking areas is forbidden.

Jacuzzi

  • The jacuzzis on the terraces are to be used at guests’ own risk.
  • Usage instructions are provided in the house; please adhere to them and use the jacuzzi appropriately.

Breakfast

  • Breakfast baskets are delivered between 8 AM and 10 AM at a pre-arranged time.

Pets

  • Bringing pets or any domestic animals into the guesthouses is prohibited.

Complaint Handling

  • Any issues should be reported immediately to the host; problems reported afterward cannot be addressed.
  • The operator is obliged to investigate written complaints and take necessary steps to resolve them.
  • Continuous and uninterrupted Wi-Fi service cannot be guaranteed.
  • Wi-Fi usage is at guests’ own risk.
  • Items left behind or found on the property are kept for 30 days. Upon written request and at the sender’s expense, they will be returned to the owner.

General Conduct

  • Please respect and preserve the natural and built environment.
  • Guests are responsible for damages caused intentionally or through negligence and are obliged to compensate for such damages.
  • Adherence to house rules and respect for the peace and comfort of other guests is mandatory.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM; during this time, loud activities, including playing loud music, are prohibited.
